A) Chugai-Yuka Group’s main business is OEM (Original equipment manufacturing), so customers are usually not able find out which company’s products are being manufactured in Chugai-Yuka Group.

A) RIZING is exclusively manufactured in Chugai-Yuka plants, so we know for sure that every product meets Chugai-Yuka standards that is trusted and relied by over 500 companies worldwide.

A) No, RIZING is a motor oil that had been developed for overseas customers. Chugai-Yuka Group has domestic and overseas brand distinctively.

A) We prefer shipment by 40ft container for improved price-performance ratio. However, we also take orders by 20ft container, and each oil type’s MOQ (minimum order quantity) has to be at least 1000Ls.
Q) What would be the trade terms available?
A) Majority of our partners choose either EXW, FOB or CIF.
Q) How often does price change? And why?
A) January, April, July, October. While some companies stick to their price over a longer time for stable price setting in retail level, we believe changing prices of oils accordingly to manufacturing cost is especially significant for customers who would wish to purchase our products at reasonable price possible.
Q) Is RIZING actually really cheap?
A) RIZING motor oil is a brand of reasonable price. Our quality motor oils are providable only if we are able to keep our excellent scientists and skilled technicians. Prices are reasonable, and quality products can be delivered to your customers at a minimum cost.
